Blading
Part I - Analog
I started shooting photos of rollerbladers during high school and continued throughout college on the weekends. I traveled all over the United States and spent a month in Europe documenting these talented individuals. Everything was film in this era (1999-2004) as digital hadn’t arrived yet. The 6x6 images were shot with a Bronica SQ-A and the 35mm were taken with a Canon EOS-1n. The black and whites were printed by myself, then drum scanned along with the transparency film. A lot of this work was published in Rejects Skate Magazine between 2002-2004.
